I'm a bit confused however,(in a manner of speaking...) as she told me Barry has now died (which is obviously not a good thing), and that she'd just taken the number over. But she also said that Shaun was only working for Barry, not the owner. Hmmmm.... many different perspectives on reality... Anyway, I know your problems have been repaired, but in case you have the same issues with your dormer roof I thought I'd keep you in the loop. I just checked online to see whether Roofing Group UK still had a website, and saw your posts.... how depressing.... I've been in touch with the company over the last few days about some serious concerns with a very large job they did for my poor roof in summer 2007, and now feel that I may be in pretty deep water (;) in more ways than one)... The turned, refelted and repaired roof developed a number of holes over the last year, through which I can see the felting, and then lo and behold a week ago the very snazzy and expensive, super eco-brand-new-technology resin they used to cover and seal my 2 dormer flat roof repairs began to leak through. A contact of mine went up on the roof to look, and took some photos on his phone, and the resin is shattered right across both dormers....like eggshell - and the stuff has a 50 year guarrentee!! (actually, that should have raised alarm bells I guess, how can something be guarrenteed for 50 years?) I've called the company twice with no response as yet. I'm hoping they will get back to me, but I do get that sinking feeling reading your posts that others have been here before me.
